Turn on 'Choose Builder' dialog box (Access 2000)

Somehow I have shut off the "Choose Builder" dialog box, so that when I click on the (...) at the end of the OnClick or other event, it goes straight to the VBA window. How do I return the 3 choices in the builder box...Macro, Expression, or VBA window? I want the choice back and do not know how to return this choice box to pick from.
    Thank you,
    Nannette M. Padgett

    Goto Tools|Options|Forms/Reports Tab.

Uncheck the 'Always use event procedures' check box.
