    Adding printer icons (Word 2000)

Not having a problem adding additional printer icons to the menubar but want to be able to make sure they default firstly to a specific network printer and then a specific tray within that Network Printer.
Can this be done without it turning into a macro issue ?

I fear you have to create macros to print to a specific printer and tray, and assign these to toolbar buttons. I wouldn't know how to do it without macros.

The defalt tray can be set in the Printer Properties. But... the Page Setup settings for individual documents might not be set to use the Default Tray, so for maximum control, you will want to create a macro (or one for each printer, if you want to have separate buttons for each).
