I am using Outlook 2002. Prior to the upgrade, with Outlook 2000, when creating an appointment in the Calendar, I could view an existing appointment made by someone else for our conference room by right-clicking on it and Outlook would tell me the subject of the meeting. This helped me determine who had scheduled the conference room. With 2002, a right-click on the appointment gives me no information, and if a conference room is booked I don't know who to talk to regarding the meeting. Can I reacquire the ability to see the subject of the meeting or who scheduled the meeting?
