    OfficeXP servicepack 1 (Office XP)

How do I determine if I have Service pack 1 installed? Apparently I need this done before installing service pack 2.

Open any Office application and click Help | About. You will see something like "Microsoft Word 2002 (10.4009.3501) SP1"
There is another way: try to apply SP2 patch. If you will NOT see the error message "The qualified product is not found", you have SP1 already installed.

Open Help > About in (e.g.) Outlook and you should see it shown as below.

Office XP Update: Service Pack 2 (SP2)
