Package and Deployment Wizard (VB6.0/Access 2k)

I'm going to cross-post this so I apologize in advance for any duplication.

I am trying to update an install package for a Microsoft Access application previously created by my office by an outside consultant. Actually, its a bit more than an update, but anyway...I do not have Office 2000 Developer (and can't seem to get it any longer), I don't have access to the Access Package and Deployment Wizard (PDW). The old application distributed with Access Runtime if the user didn't already have it or Access (full).

I do have VB6, which has a different PDW that doesn't include the nice check box about adding Access Runtime. I'm not sure if I add the runtime msi file whether the PDW will pick up all the relevant pieces to make this work. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks in advance for your help.
