    Help with Formula(s) (Excel 2000)

My staff inputs data on to a spreadsheet since we cannot extract from our database easily. There are several things that I need to measure and am having trouble doing so. The first worksheet you'll find contains the input data. The second is the data that I need to have and create a formula do for me automatically. Currently, I have to count each of these criteria manually. This data is in putted monthly. I have to do monthly, quarterly and annual reports. If I master monthly, I can use simple formulas to combine each total for the quarterly and annual reports.

In summary, I need to find out the:
    1. Total number of leads per sales rep
    2. Total leads in a specific territory (territories don't change)
    3. Total leads within indicated states (these are dynamic and will change each month...would like to have the spreadsheet add to itself when a new state is created and calculate from there
    4. Total leads per priority (these will never change)
    5. Total leads per soruce (these will be dynamic and will change each month...would like to have the spreadsheet add to itself when a new state is created)

This is a lot of work for someone to figure out but I'm at a loss and instead of doing a million manual steps, would like to make it easier to do just a few. Many Thanks in advance!

I added the formulas underneath your values.
    I just used
    =countif(column,value)

Why is it hard to get the data from the database directly? What database software is it?
