Limit to number of attachments? (Outlook 2000 SR-1/Windows 2000)

I have searched Outlook Help without success. I am trying to determine the following:

    1. Is there a limit to how many attachments can be included in a single email message?
    2. If so, is this limit set locally or is there a built-in limit in Outlook?
    3. Is the limit, if any, simply a function of the combined size of all the attachments (most places have a limit on the size of attachments they will allow, in our case 10MB).

Thank you very much for any help you can provide!

I don't believe there is a limit as to the number of attachments you can add. The limit is based on the file size of the whole e-mail including the attachment/s. Just like what you said. In your case you have a 10 mb limit. This limit is set in Exchange (server), not in Outlook (client).
