Test html email back to me does not work (Outlook 2k)

I want to send an html newsletter from Outlook to about 100 people, but I am not receiving the one I sent to myself as a test!?

I sent it as a new message and as a forwarded message.

I pulled it into Outlook as stationery, built it in Dreamweaver, and copied it straight to Outlook. None of them returned to me.

I have loaded it on my web site at http://www.ankenmanranch.com/updates/Update8.htm and tried to send myself this web page. Nothing.

I have done all this in Outlook Express too. No luck!

I sent myself a plain text message. Came back ok.

I forwarded myself an html newsletter from someone else. Came back ok.

What is happening? I use that 'test' feature a lot!

Are you getting back a blank message or is it disappearing into space? If the latter, is there any kind of "filtering" going on, relating either to attachments or scripts or viruses or spam? Normally, if you send yourself a message, it comes right back, so this is pretty strange.

Thank you. Yes, I had already called the tech man on my server. All, and that means lots, of my tests had ended up in the SPAM filter down at the server! The filter was severe and had lots of very common words in it. He removed a couple of words and my emails came through easily.
