    APPEND QUERIES (Access 2000)

I have an Append query that is in the After Insert event of a form. Whenever I add new data to my Baseline table my query should append the new record into my 3Month table.
The query works fine the 1st time that it is run, but whenever I add data after the 1st time it tries to add all the old records plus the new record creating an error.
How do I modify my query to only add the new record?

It sounds like you query says "append everything from table baseline into table 3month."
Add a criterion that says "only add it if it is not already there".

if the key field of both tables was called key, add this to the criterion line under Key : not in (select Key from 3month)
