Can someone advise me how to instal the Personal Web Browser - I don't have a menu option on the Start menu that allows me to do this, so I am starting from scratch?

Assuming you meant Personal Web Server (also known as PWS), I believe it was either an option in the Windows 98 installer or could be found on the CD. However, it has been a long time. You might also scan the Web Coding board for threads on PWS.
