    Back to Win 98

What's the best way to go about un-installing NT 4.0 in order to install Win 98?
    Thanks,
    Joe

    Format Drive:

If you can get the machine to boot to a DOS boot disk with the format command on it.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Well, yes, format the drive is the way, except if you have NTFS partitions. You're going to have to delete any extended partitions and logical partitions in NT, then use FDISK at a dos prompt to get rid of the NTFS Primary, reset your partition(s) and format.
