Outlook XP and IE 6 (Outlook XP)

when I receive a web link in a mail and I click on this link when viewing the mail in outlook it automatically launches IE to open this link.

if IE is not open then it will launch IE but if IE is already open then it has an annoying habit of launching the link in an existing browser window and so I have to manually open a new IE window before clicking on the link in Outlook

does anyone know of a setting where outlook will always default to opening a new thread of IE ?

    many thanks

IE's Tools | options | advanced - look for the option to reuse windows and reverse the setting.
