When I got migrated from Internet Mail Only to Corporate/Workgroup, I seem to have lost a feature I used all the time. I haven't been able to find a setting to fix it and our "support" guy doesn't know.

I often want to phone someone who sent me an email. For contacts in my own Contacts folder, I just right-click the contact and get Properties. But now that I'm on Exchange Server, all our company contacts are in a Public Folder. That folder DOES work for look-up (I can just type "jackie" as an address and it'll find "jackie@myco.com", which only exists in the Public Folder), but it does NOT work for Properties: right-clicking Jackie's address in a From line doesn't find her.

What can I do?
