    freezing a line (excel 2000)

I have seen it done before but cant do it myself.I am looking at "freezing"a row or rows ie from A1:A5 and upto column L5 so that if you scroll the page down these header will still keep showing as the page scrolls underneath it like a frame does in a webpage. I would be grateful if anyone could help

    thanx
