VWIN32 BSOD

I've started getting a rash of BSOD's that are all pointing to an error:

File Name: VWIN32(05) + 000012D0 Error: 0E : 0028 : C02A4258

I'm getting a little annoyed and am considering reinstalling WinME, but I would like to find out if there is a less-drastic cure available. I did a search for the file but the results were nil. It always happens while I am online, though that could be coincidental since the PC is mainly used for internet access. It is also not fatal, just warns about possibly losing data; hitting 'Any key to continue' allows me to keep going with no obvious problems.

    Re: VWIN32 BSOD

BSOD = Microsoft's infamous "Blue Screen Of Death". When you see it, it usually reports some cryptic error code and gives you the option 'Hit any key to continue' - but likely not without significant problems - or 'Ctrl+Alt+Del' to restart.

The error I'm getting does allow me to continue though, but this morning the CMOS reported problems and forced a reset to all default values, and then Windows had to detect and set up 'new' hardware before it could boot up. Perhaps the problems are related?
