    Multipage problem (VBA Excel 2000)

    I have a multipage control in Excel 2000 that displays either one or two tabs, depending on how many pictures are available for the particular cell selection. I use the .visible property to determine which tabbed pages are displayed in the Multipage control. Initially, Multipage1.Pages(0).Visible and Multipage1.Pages(1).Visible are set to false. Either or both are then set to true if the appropriate pictures are found. This part works OK and the correct tab(s) are displayed at runtime.

    The problem is that when the control is displayed, neither of the indexed pages is visible - just a "blank background" with the tab(s) tucked in behind it. What I'd like is to have Pages(0) display "on top" if available, otherwise Pages(1). What command am I missing here please?

    thanks

    Alan

    Re: Multipage problem (VBA Excel 2000)

    Alan,

    To switch to the first page on the multipage control use:

    MultiPage1.Value = 0

    And then for the second Page use:

    MultiPage.Value = 1

    You don't need to use the Visible Property to switch between pages.

    Thanks Bryan.
    I'll try MultiPage1.Value = ...

    I only use the .Visible property to determine which tabbed pages will be "available" at runtime. As I said, this bit works OK.

    cheers
