    Dial Up (2000 & 2002)

A friend had Outlook Express and said that when he opened this it prompted for the dial up details, and connected to the ISP. Not having OE I am not familiar with how this was done.
He has now upgraded to 2002, and has asked how this is set up. I am confused with the Help files (Easy for me to do, I know!) so can I be pointed to the list of actions that would have Outlook prompt for the dial up details.

I don't have XP either, but if it is like 2000, the account set-up will have a Connection tab that allows for configuration of this sort of thing. There will need to be a dial-up connection already set up in Windows, and then it should appear in a drop-down list in the Outlook dialog.
