keeping page formats (Access 2000 9.0.2720)

We use a customized Access database for an inhouse program on our network (2000 windows NT). We print out various "forms" and "reports". We set the page margins to be maximized at .1666 for all sides, and the page then prints on one page; however, occasionally and it seems, randomly, Access will revert to the default of 1" margins all around. The page prints all split up onto 4 pages. I go into page set up, change it back to .1666, save the design change and it works..until some time in the future it changes back.
There are about 10 different "forms" and "reports" that we print, and they are affected independently, that is, if one reverts to the default setting, the others may still be correct.

I have gone to each machine and saved the setting for each of these pages, but it still reverts.

    Can anyone help????

    Thanks
    Rick

Check out this KB Article Q240826

Basically - switch off Name Autocorrect and/or apply SR1a
