    rogue emails (Outlook 2000)

An old office email address with the suffix "@kdoch.state.ks.us" apparently has been robot mined somewhere in Italy and we suspect is being used to front for some porn emailing. We only get wind of it when emails with peculiar sender names come back to us -- either directly (which I presuming is testing the old email address to see if it is valid ) or indirectly (when the bogus mailing hits a dead email address and the rejection is sent back to our server. I think the only way to kill the process entirely is to kill these old addresses, but for certain business reasons the decision has been made to leave them online. (I know I know. Don't ask.) When these mailings come in to my INBOX, I want to move them off to a subfolder to be held indefinitely until I can review them. I have tried the Rules Wizard but either I'm not setting it up correctly or something, because the rules wizard doesn't pick up emails to this old address when it is forwarded to a new address. Any suggestions?
