    NonModal UserForm

How do you create a nonModal UserForm?
I want to have a floating form which assists the customer in providing a selection, by listing examples.
I need this form to be non-modal, so they can toggle back and forth from the actual fields to this 'helper' form.
    Thanks-

    Hi Jaz,

As you know, this will only work in Word 2000:

In the properties window for the userform, change ShowModal to False.
These are cool! (I'm just building my first one.) No end to the kinds of applets you could create with these.

    Re: NonModal UserForm

    Sorry, still Word97 here.
How is this done in the 'dark ages' if it can be done...and I'm relatively sure that it can. I am even more certain that it is 100 times more difficult.
    Thanks

    Re: NonModal UserForm

Im using Word 2000 at the moment, but I think I recall a Form.Modal property which can be set to false to achieve what you want.

    Hope it works for you,

    Regards,
