    start page (IE 6.0)

My start page has been changed by others, IE has opened on a porn site. Where is the start page information held. Matter of face I'd like to remove many of the previous web-page addresses held somewhere. Where, and how can I delete them?

    Sounds like you've been hijacked.

Checkout Spyware Info - plus a search in this IE Forum for "hijack" may yield some more hints.

The simplest way is to use Tools | Internet Options | General tab | History pane | Clear History button.

You will also note a Home page pane. HOWEVER, most Home page hijacks insert a scipt or program that keeps resetting this to their page even after you change it. Follow the advice from Leif.
