    welcome ro Windows - irritation

I'm using W98SE on a Toshiba laptop, not networked.
I've done something stupid and don't know how to change it.
I was exploring network and internet options settings in Control Panel the other day and must have changed something.
Now, when Windows loads I get 'Welcome to Windows' dialog box and if I don't enter my name , Windows appears with no wallpaper, Office toolbar etc.
How do I get rid of this 'Welcome to Windows' thing?
    Thanks in advance

Re: welcome ro Windows - irritation

There are several solutions already posted regarding this, including this thread <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=98&Number=16626&page=&view= &sb=&vc=1>here</A>.
If that doesn't help, try a search under Windows 98 for 'password'.

Doesn't seem to be a password problem - also tried some of the other solutios...
In Control Panel, Users one user is shown 'Kenn' - that's me misspelled - I'm not sure how that got there!!
If I delete this user, will I lose all my settings?
