    Attach an Access file (2002)

I need to send and receive Access files as attachments - but of course they are on the Level 1 list - i.e. blocked by Outlook. What is the best way to deal with this?
    (I'm not on a network.)
    Thanks

Compress the database with an external tool such as Winzip, which makes the file a lot smaller, and hence makes transmission faster, while at the same time providing an alternative extension (.zip). cf. http://winzip.com

Go to http://www.mcdev.com/outlook.html and down load DetachXP and you can control what and when to down load.

use DetachXP to change which file types are blocked, according to YOUR needs, not those of the Outlook development team!

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

The Zip makes sense! How very basic. And I'll look into DetachXP, also. Thank you muchly.
