    Close all windows at once

Does anyone know how to close all open windows at the same time. By the end of the day I have many documents open in many programs and closing each one takes a long time. Any ideas? Thanks

I would expect logging-off to do that - unless any windows require 'saving' or acknowledging an 'Are you sure?' message before closing.

Is this what you're looking for? You can hit either ALT-F4, or do ALT-SPACEBAR-C. Either combination will close your active window. I don't know of a command to close ALL open windows, however.
