Late reminders (Outlook 2000 on Windows 98)

Reminders set to appear 15 minutes before an appointment appear anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes before the appointment. My system clock is accurate (checked against NIST) and the keepers of the Exchange server swear their clock is accurate too.

Why do my reminders appear at the wrong time?

thank you for the information. from the tone of the page you mentioned, i'll wait for the real patch and just live with the late reminders for now.

Apparently Microsoft is aware of this problem.
    See: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...b;en-us;Q321179

They say they are creating a patch.
