At my office we have a situation with one user on Win 2000, Outlook XP, Exchange server 2000. He has clients whose email addresses have changed (i.e., bspringsteen@boss.com, to bruce@boss.com) and when he edited the email address in Contacts the change seemed to go in just fine. But when he sends an email to bruce@boss.com the message goes to bspringsteen@boss.com and is sent back as "message undeliverable." I can't find the incorrect email addy anywhere.

Anyone know what we need to do to correct this?
