First of all, you need a criteria in the DLookup for a start.
Then you can do the following:

    ="Sincerely yours : " & DLookUp("[FirstName]","employees","Criteria goes here") & " " & DLookUp("[LastName]","employees","Criteria goes here")

    or

    ="Sincerely yours : " & DLookUp("[FirstName] & ' ' & [LastName]","employees","Criteria goes here")

The question is though if these fields are in the report source. If they are, and I suspect they may be we do not need a DLookUp at all. Just

    ="Sincerely yours : " & [FirstName] & ' ' & [LastName]
