I have a Access 97 db which I'm trying to use on 2 different operating systems. I receiveing Windows errors when I run a report in Win 2000. When I run the same report in WinNT the report runs fine, no errors. I'm at a lost as to why this is happening. I've checked the references and the are the same. Has any had this problem before? Thanks for the help...

You don't indicate what service packs you have applied to Access 97. The last service pack had several fixes to make it behave better under Win2000.
