    Replica Synchronisation (2000)

How can you remove an entry from the synchronise directly with replica drop down list?
MS suggest recreating the folder but this is impossible as the network resource no longer exists.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Re: Replica Synchronisation (2000)

Unfortunately there isn't another clean way of removing old replica lists. We've actually resorted to creating a machine with the old network name and creating a folder to match the share name, and then attempting the sync. Access then removes the replica from the list. The only other way I know of is to remove replication from the database completely, and then recreate the design master and replicas. And that's not a task for the faint of heart.

Trigeminal has a couple of free tools on their website that eases the pain of removing replication; you might want to check them out

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks for the advice.
Something to try when it's not time critical.
