Sort order for Global Address List (2002)

A search on this forum makes me wonder if setting the name order for the listing on the Global Address Book is possible in Outlook. When people on our Exchange server open the Global Address List, the names are listed as First Last. This makes a lot of sense for a lot of people. However, some users would like to setup Outlook to view this list as Last, First. Is there a way to change this setting?
