    Sending Contacts (Outlook 97/2000)

When a user tries to send a Contact record to another user via Internet mail the attachment shows up on the message but the contents are blank. However, when the Contact info is sent via Microsoft Mail internally everything is fine. We've tried replicating the problem and it happens every time using Outlook 97,2000 & 2002. Any ideas?

This could be one of the confirmed bugs. The transfer agents involved in routing mail across the Internet don't know how to handle the contents. Try forwarding the contact as a vCard. To do this, open the contact record, then from the Actions menu choose forward as vCard.
