I have previously posted this without any replies - just in case any new posters have any suggestions for me

Create a new document, turn track changes on, make some changes under 1 reviewer, change the User Information name to a different name, make some changes under that reviewer. Under the 'Show, Reviewers', both reviewer names appear which is what is expected.

Now create another new document - this document has no revisions obviously and track changes is not turned on, but when looking under 'Show Reviewers' on the reviewing toolbar both reviewer names from the previous document appear in the list.

Even when closing both documents (either by saving or just closing without saving), when creating another new document, the reviewer names from the first document are still in the list. This will only be updated when Word is exited.
