When you create a new view (or copy an existing), there are three options. 1. This folder visible to everyone, 2. This folder, visible only to me, 3. All mail and post folders (3 will change depending on the folder type you are in when you start.)

Has anyone figured out a way to essentially have "All mail and post folders, visible to everyone"? We are using public folders to store emails to/from clients and we want the view to have to/from/subject/received/size. The only thing that I have figured out so far is to create the custom view on each users workstation and choose option 3. For 80 users, plus remembering to do this as new users are added, this is not a great approach.
