Tab Key Weird Behavior (Word 2000)

Out of the blue when I press the tab key it acts as though I've pressed Alt + tab to switch between documents. It's making me crazy - help please!!!!! <img src=/S/hairout.gif border=0 alt=hairout width=31 height=23>

    Hi Linda
I had problems with the Tab key in Tables. My post 175608 refers, although when I type that number into the search engine I get NO HITS -WHY NOT you experts. But I did get many replies in the lines of "the Alt key was stuck", which proved to be the case.
Have a look at my posts and choose "Tab in Table Toggles between docs".

You must select Message Number in the Search Options dropdown list if you want to search for a post by number.
