    UPDATE QUERY (ACCESS 97)

I have bills I send out to several clients using Access and I charge some clients different prices for same item. I am now updating my prices in Excel and then importing into Access to make my bill. How can I change my prices with update query in Access? I tried but was only able to update one field at a time. I have 10 fields to update. I do not know much about code but am willing to learn. thx for consideration! I will gladly accept other solutions to problem.

Would you provide more information so people can tackle it with some knowledge of what you are trying to do?

If you have 10 fields to update, it sounds like you are using a flat table, and that's a design problem when manipulating data. I'll second Pat's motion that you provide more information. Otherwise, we're just guessing.
