Re: Formula Help (Access 2K)

I believe you should change your command to:

    =IIf(IIf( =2 And [Chest]=2 And [Seiz]=2 And [diab]=2 And [ds]=2 And Not IsNull([DateofMed]),-1,0)=Yes,"Does Not Expire",Null)

    Formula Help (Access 2K)

(Edited by charlotte on 14-Oct-02 22:07. Replaced smilie with field name)
This is my current formula. It simply looks at the values in other fields and if are all False (or 2) it prints "Does Not Expire" I need to also have it check a field called [DateofMed] to verify that it is NOT NULL. The formula works not except it prints if DateofMed is null, how do I add the AND reference for DateOfMed...

    =IIf(IIf( <!t>[heart]=2 And [Chest]=2 And [Seiz]=2 And [diab]=2 And [ds]=2,-1,0)=Yes,"Does Not Expire",Null)

Your expression may equal -1 or 0 (True or False), but it will never equal Yes, so change that part as well.
