Pasting RTF format text in Excel (Office 97+)

    Hi all,

In an application I'm writing, I'm trying to past rtf formatted text into a single cell in an Excel Worksheet. The problem lies in that if the text is multiple paragraphs, the text gets pasted in multiple cells, starting in the cell I specify, then working down.

If I try and merge the cells, I lose the second and subsequent cells, but keep the formatting in the first cell. If I try concatenating the cells (eg: A1 & CHAR(10) & A2) with a Linefeed in between (so that each paragraph starts on a new line) I get my multiple paragraphs, but lose my formatting.

    Can anyone help?

    Enjoy
    Aj

    A kludgy way:

    Activesheet.[A1].Select
    Sendkeys "{F2}^v~"
    DoEvents
