Contacts from Access to OE (OE 6 & Access XPsp2)

    G'day All

I have an address book in Access, with fields for Home, Work and Other E-Mail (amongst others). I am trying to export this data from Access into a file that I can then import into the Outlook Express address book. I can find the fields for most of what I want to do, but can't seem to work out how to add multiple e-mail addresses for a single entry in the address book, based on the multiple e-mail fields I have stored in the contact record in Access.

I've exported an address book entry from OE to csv, but only got the default e-mail address.

Has anyone got any ideas? Maybe another method other than CSV?

    Regards Ken Pascoe

I realise the following applies to Microsoft outlook 97 and 2000 but I thought some of the information might be applicable to your case, and may be of use to you if you decide to upgrade from outlook express.

Mark Liquorman one of the moderators was doing something similar with outlook a while back. This is a link to the post in question. My reply to Mark contains a link to Helen Ferdinand's site. Helen Feddema is a recognised expert in this field. Her site has various examples of linking outlook to other Microsoft programs including Access.
