    keyboard shortcuts (XP)

Last year I printed of a full list with all the available office keyboard shortcuts. If I remember correctly it was an excel file. I need to know urgently where I can find this file again and I just can't find it. I renamed the file (silly I know) and a search on the date didn't bring up any solutions either.
    Please help

This is probably not what you're looking for. However, if you open any office application and type "Keyboard Shortcuts" in the helpfiles you will find a robust listing of the available shortcut keys for each respective application.

I know it's not as neat and clean as having them listed in an Excel file...but it's an option!

Thanks for that, but I found that. I will enclose the file. I opened it somewhere in office last year and can't remember where. I am facilitating an IT workshop later on tonight (its 8.30am here in New Zealand). I have this file included. I suddenly realised people might ask me where to find it. When I created the file I still had 2000. I have upgraded since.
    Cheers and thanks

    Re: keyboard shortcuts (XP)

A friend email me the solution and I want to share this... It is done as follows
To print a list of all shortcut keys:
    In word
    Tools > Macro > Macros
In the "Macros in:" box, click on the down arrow and choose Word Commands
In the "Macro Name:" box, type List Commands
    Click Run
in List Commands dialog box click Current menu and keyboard settings
    Choose OK
    File > Print

There is a an Excel spreadsheet with a comprehensive list of Word commands, including all available shortcuts, on the MVPS web site at http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/General/CommandsList.htm.
