I'm using an Information Mapping-ish layout that requires nested tables: procedural tables (in column 2) within a larger table that holds topic side-hits (in column 1).
The problem involves page breaking. I've configured both the outer and inner tables to allow rows to break across page boundries, but they both refuse to. (Individual, non-nested tables using the same settings observe page boundries alright, though.)
Does anyone know of a way to force both the outer table's and the inner table's cells to break automatically at the page boundry?
