    No Network Adapter Detected

I have attempted to run the Netowrking wizard on PC #2 and I keep receiving a message that there is no network adapter installed. I have physically removed the NIC and physically reinstalled in and all the drivers. Device Manager says that the NIC is working properly but I can't run the networking wiazrd because it says I have no NIC installed!!! Any ideas... and of course, Thanks AGAIN!!!

Tells us more, NIC make, model and age, like wise with the computer and network type.

What does Device manager show as far as the NIC is concerned?

    Re: No Network Adapter Detected

I had McAfee's firewall kill everything. I had installed it on my ICS computer and none of the others could see it and it could not even print. Two wasted weekends later bye bye McAfee.
