Flag generation on forward event + folder content (Outlook 202)

The faxserver operator of my company has to forward all the fax received to one or more recipients (as mail+attachment) .
The incoming faxes are already automatically attached as pdf files to "messages" in a public folder (with restricted access to the fax operator).

The actual process is: when a mail is read (by the faxserver operator), it is supposed to be forwarded on the spot. So all unread mails are supposed to be forwarded.

We could not implement an automation of {"move forwarded mails from "fax" folder to the "fax-forwarded" folder} as deletion is forbidden : the move action is in fact a {copy + deletion} action.
Any way we need at least to hide the forwarded mail in the fax folder because the operator needs to have a clear view of what is still to be forwarded.

The idea is to generate automatically a flag as soon a mail is forwarded.
As soon the flag is generated, a filter view can easily hide the {forwarded+flagged} mails, filter beeing based on the flag.
Later on the system administrator with full control right may move the forwarded mail from the fax folder to the forwarded fax folder.

Specific problem:
Today, the flag is not implemented and the administrator move is not safe: it's difficult to check if the forwarded sent mails are exactly the same than the read mails of the fax folder (about 100-150 fax per day).

I need help on these two points:
1.
Automate the flag creation (or a yes/no column) regarding the forwarding action.

Enable the check that a selected list of messages in the fax folder are already in the sent folder

Here is the biggest problem:
I'm a newbee in outlook and I have none idea about programming or using "macros? vbscript?". My culture in outlook is limited to (some of) the built-in functions: rules, view/filter for example.
Anyway I can be receptive to programing advices as I use VBA in excel.

Thousend thanks in advance for any recommendation and/or step by step explanation....

Re: Flag generation on forward event + folder content (Outlook 202)

Dear all,

I repost my message (0 answer till now ) an I add one question:
is it possible to flag (follow-up) a message in a public folder or is this feature disabled by microsoft?

FYI, the full title (truncated because too long ) was "Flag generation on forward event + folder content comparison (Outlook 2002)"
Thanks
