Is the signature held in a seperate file anywhere on the PC or is it only accessible through Outlook menus ?

Do a "Find" or a "Search" on your system for "Signature" and you will find several if you have defined any.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

I wonder if there is any way to include a .gif or some picture file in a signature so you can actually insert a signature.

    Re: Signatures

Thanks so much for your help. I have done what Slipstick says and it shows up when I view my signature in the Signature Picker but so far hasn't shown up when I actually insert the signature. I'll keep playing with it. Thanks again.
