    Calculate dates with parameter (A2K_SR1)

    I have to do a report that calculate the 1-30 day, 31-90 day, 91-180 day, 181 to 365 & 365+ of the date received ([DRECEIVED]) column. Using a parameter [Enter Last Day of MO]. No problem... =COUNT(ABS([DATE()-[DRECEIVED]<= 30)) works...BUT
    I need to calculate these based on the LAST DAY OF LAST MONTH. i.e. we are at the 24th I need the calculations to be effective 9/30/02.
    I have tried datediff and a couple other ways to restrict the data and am coming up empty...I probably have myself focused on the DATE() part of the formula.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    B SMith

    P.S. I'd love to tie the restrictions to the form I created that has a button for each of the months. Thereby passing the End of Month parameter with a CMD Button instead of a Paramete box. ('cause I can never remember if July has 30 or 31 days)

    To find the last data of the previou month use:

    =DateSerial(Year(Date()),Month(Date()),0)

    Here's a simpler approach:

    =date - day(date)
    Charlotte
