Hiding shortcut bar on startup (Outlook 2002)

My office will be upgrading to Outlook 2002 soon (but sticking with earlier versions of other Office programs).

We're looking for a way to hide the Outlook Bar when Outlook starts up. I've found references to the Custom Installation Wizard, PRF files and Outlbar.inf, but nothing that addresses this problem directly.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions?

    Thanks.

    Bob

I assume you mean as part of an installation configuration?

(Once Outlook has started, its simply a toggle on the 'view' menu.
Worst case, therefore is a manual process of toggling it off.

Yes, as part of an installation configuration. Sorry I wasn't clear about that.

I checked and am pretty sure you don't have access to this via the custom installation wiz. On the chance your office is on active directory I checked policies and didn't see anything there either.
