    Macros in outlook XP/2002 (2002 (10.2627.2625))

I want to make a macro that launches contactperson in a new window when I start outlook. However if i choose macros I cannot create or do anything - all buttons are dimmed?

    Any ideas??

It's possible the options for those services were not installed, but I think they are on by default.

My unreliable memory tells me that I had a similar problem that when OL2000 was first installed with no macros; I think I had to set Tools, Macros, Security to Medium (or maybe, not recommended as a permanent setting, Low).

    Hi,
Does the Create button not become enabled once you type in a name for your macro?
