POP to show picture (Office 98)

I have a spread sheet that I use to keep track of all the different templates/forms and what they are used for. After I create the templete I take a picture of the it and save it in JPG format. I would like to add a button (pop up) that when press will display the jpg picture. so In line 1... the pop up would display picture 1, line 2 picture 2, etc. etc.

    Any ideas?

    One option (no coding):
You could create a hyperlink (ctrl-k) in the cell to the jpg file

You could use the file properties to enable 'save preview picture' and also store the other file attributes that you think appropriate.
Then if you were to browse your template folders the file open dialog could display both the picture and the file properties without opening the file.

No VBA, no separate image of the template, no update of a tracking spreadsheet required.
You do however have to be consistent where you store your templates, but usually if you put them is one folder with meaningful sub-folders, the file open dialog will segregate the templates according to the sub-folder structure.
