    Printing null data (A2K SR1)

I have a Report that prints data from a table. The report consists of Week1 data, Week 2 data, and Week 3 data, which is repeated twice for 5 week's worth of data. However, the 2nd Week3 data always prints as the default "0.00", even if there is no data entered for that week. How do I tell the report not to print anything for that week if time worked is 0.00? If I use the following: =IIF(FieldA>0,FieldA,""), then I get an ERROR# message in my report. Please help.

If I understand you right, you could test for a zero value in the Format section of the Detail Section then set the Detail section to not visible.

A few things to check for:
Rename your text box to something other than the default name "fieldX" . It will get messed up if the text box and the field have the same name. I always prefix the text box names with txt like "txtField1".
Also be sure to put an = at the beginning of the code in the control source property text box. Here is the code I used that worked:
    =IIf([CheckAmt]>0,[CHECKAMT],"")

    Hope this helps
