    Overhead Transparencies (Office XP)

How do I make 8 1/2 x 11 transparencies for an overhead projector in PowerPoint? I don't have access to a digital projector and everything about PowerPoint relates to slides.

You basically need to setup your presentation to be overhead slides - you can choose either color or black and white. To see this in action, do a new presentation from the AutoContent Wizard, and it asks you what format you intend to use. Take it from there to see the layout, and you'll get the drift I think.

    Wendell,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I tried a different approach and it seems to have worked.
On File|Page Setup, I selected the Letter Paper option from the pull-down and it seems to work.
