How to close Task Manager (XP/SP-1)

Right clicking on the taskbar brings up the Task Manager in a flash. There is no doubt an embarrassingly easy answer to this question, but how to you get rid of the TM screen? The only options on my screen are 1) a box to check saying "Show processes from all users" and 2) "End process." There is no button to click to close the Task Manager itself. Right clicking on the screen does nothing. All I've been able to do to get rid of it is hide it at the bottom of my screen by dragging. Or restarting my computer. There has to be an easier way! Thanks for help on this.

Sheesh, I meant to say this earlier since this isn't the first time I've seen Mark answer this question from someone. Please don't be offended, but if you LIKE having the Task Manager displayed on your screen in that "borderless" manner, don't forget that you can always close it that way with Alt-F4 as with any window that's IN FOCUS at the time.
